There are three key members of the HSDPT Alliance system - Owner/Representatives, Testers and Reviewers

The relationship between Owner, Tester and Reviewer should be based on a no-fault principle and involve open communication between all parties for the mutual benefit of all, and the long-term improvement of the industry.

Testers have a direct contractual arrangement with the Owner - not the Contractor or piling sub-contractor.
Reviewers have a separate direct contractual arrangement with the Owner based on standard service charges.
