In order to qualify for testing under the HSDPT Alliance system, PDA Testers must be Endorsed.
To become Endorsed, PDA testing companies are required to :

• to undertake ongoing training,
• for all testing staff to achieve HSDPT certification either at tester or signatory level
• to maintain or upgrade their certification level (ideally to Advanced or above)
• to upload PDA test data to the secure hsdptalliance web site for random or systematic review as nominated by the Owner or Representative.

Endorsed Testers benefit from

• access to testing work from the Alliance Owners
• access to quality processes developed for the Alliance system
• random or systematic review, with feedback from experts and freedom from external influence
• reduced risk from better trained staff
