The Alliance is built on the concept that Owners, Testers and Reviewers mutually require and agree that Testers must meet appropriate quality standards.
Owners and their Representatives are required to

• Adopt standard specifications and procedures developed by the Alliance system
• Specify that testing will be undertaken by Endorsed testing companies
• Specify random or systematic reviews of test data to ensure quality of advice and process
