A critical part of the Alliance system is the involvement of independent and experienced testers who act as reviewers, educators and mentors.
Reviewers are required to :

• A certified PDA Signatory of minimum Advanced, but preferably Master or Expert Level
• Provide high-level and reliable test data and analysis reviews
• Provide such further advice and expertise as is required to benefit the projects

Reviewers benefit from :

• Opportunities to provide advice and guidance
• Opportunities to provide training and mentoring

Independent review of test data, where deemed necessary, should be performed by PDA Signatories with Master, Expert or Advanced certification.
Reviewers should be paid directly by Owners and Representatives for review.
